Currently under diagnosis trial analysis for bipolar. I have chronic P.T.S.D, Anxiety and Depression. I have been in extreme life threatening crisis situations resulting in my conditions. Currently also healing after breaking my back, however have been seeing a psychiatrist for a year regularly. And begun new medications that have been a success for symptoms.
So relationship advice would be amazing to support my partner managing life with me and my conditions. And learning how to best manage my social anxiety/ disconnection to improve our quality of life again.
