Causa del problema

I’ve just gone to use my Vsett 10+ scooter and the rear brake isn’t working. My wife’s scooter a Dragon GTS V2 has an issue with the throttle sticking on, and when we went to use it, it took off and snapped the the rear brake lever on the handlebars, so both scooters need a thorough service.
